Upfront: the
Market2Buyers service package is $200/month per seat with an initial
$299 set-up charge. This may seem expensive, but note that the price
includes full IDX for you to use on your websites, personal web sites
for each of your prospects, and having us do the work so that you
maximize
your benefits from the system. Our cost is well below that of an
assistant. 2)
Success Fees: we run the
Market2Buyers package for you on your leads for a 10% to 25% referral
fee on closed transactions with incubated prospects. We credit a
portion of your monthly payments against success fees. Refer Others:
Market2Buyers is for Brokers and Agents who process 100 or more Internet leads. If this is not you you may know a broker or agent who could benefit from our service.
